Excellento for Maxis Customer Service. Billing statement tak sampai pulak to my sis email address ber-domain kan @kb.usm.my. They called me to confirm and verified it with my sis. Now to login to Maxis.com.my aku dah ada password sendiri.. plus all billing will be sent to my email address. Lepas nih tak perlulah kakak aku nak forward2 email lagi. Itulah di katakan customer service yang berjaya.. ahaks.. They are capable of handling their customers from different channels. Kalau dulu2 just a walk-in atau call-in to the customer service center.

Nowadays, consumers are getting busy and hectic, macam aku. Hehehe malas nak tunggu over the phone, tunggu dan tunggu sampai di pass ke beberapa extension yang salah atau tidak berkenaan. So I decided to re-forward the email that my sis sent earlier, aku guna ayat rasmi skit.. ala2 macam nih

And after a week, Maxis customer service center called me and my sis for a verification.. syiok benda nih boleh di realisasikan.. macam inilah service yg kami mahu.. ahaks.. Good job Maxis Customer Service team..Do keep up the good work and response accordingly just to fulfilling your customer needs. Bravoo

P/s: in order to give a good service to customer, I guess customer also needs to provide good info and clear statement of what they want. Betul tak? Barulah senang orang nak entertain..
